Buildings constructed as Apart Hotel located inside at a distance of 250 m from Sarp Border check-point in Batum, Georgia entertain guests from Russia and countries in the region. There are 14 villas and one reception/office building within the scope of project. Products of Özge Yapı A.Ş. were preferred for the construction and installation of social activity areas available in this business establishment. It was manufactured from approximately 2.000 m2 Galvanized Steel Carcass and Steel construction covered in-place.
